Appendix Figure 1:

This figure begins with a list and the average gene trajectories of the 17 wild type modes. Each mode contains links to pages containing detailed information on gene expression (heat maps, as described in Fig. 1 of the main text), and gene ontology (GO) annotation analysis of the corresponding sub-modes.

Appendix Table 1:

The table contains a list of all the genes printed on the microarray with the corresponding information on DDBID, gene annotation and mode of gene expression. You can also download the zipped tab-delimited table or the excel spread sheet.

Appendix Table 2:

A complete list of the chemotaxis genes printed on the microarray. This table supplements Table 2 of the main text by providing text explanation for the role of the gene in chemotaxis.You can also download the zipped tab-delimited table or the excel spread sheet.
