Each mode contains links to pages containing detailed information on gene expression (heat maps, as described in Fig. 1 of the main text), and gene ontology (GO) annotation analysis of the corresponding sub-modes. The table contains a list of all the genes printed on the microarray with the corresponding information on DDBID, gene annotation and mode of gene expression.
