Knockout Plasmids

We have implemented a high-throughput REMI pipeline that serves to generate large numbers of insertional mutants in Dictyostelium. While we are still in the process of characterizing the phenotypic effects, we are distributing the knockout plasmids as reagents for recreating the mutation in your own laboratory. The ordering system is integrated into the DictyEnsembl tool.
